Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of shipment.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons and to ensure the integrity of game components, trading card games and collectible card games (once opened) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. All returns require original packaging and components to be complete and unused.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all components, rules, and materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return after receipt. Additional processing time by your financial institution may apply (typically 5-10 business days).
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our customers and maintain game integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Opened trading card game products (booster packs, decks, etc.)
  • Opened collectible card game products
  • Games missing components or original packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Defective or Incorrect Items
