Returns & Exchanges Policy

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment.

All returns must be in their original condition, with complete packaging and all components unused.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Authorization: We’ll email you back within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship the item.

- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).

Refund Information
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account.

- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
